Synergistic GABA Pro™ combines GABA with L-Glutamic Acid and P-5-P (the natural and biologically active form of Vitamin B6).

GABA (Gamma-aminobutyric acid) is a major neurotransmitter (brain chemical) widely distributed throughout the central nervous system. GABA functions as a “brake” on our neural circuits during stress, relaxes the muscles, slows the heart rate and breathing, and help the brain to relax.

L-Glutamic Acid is a neurotransmitter essential for brain cognitive function, learning and memory. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate, the bio-available natural form of Vitamin B6, restores the activity of the brain glutamate decarboxylase (GAD) which is the enzyme necessary for the conversion of glutamate into GABA.

Adults take 2 capsules one time per day.

Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have diabetes, a history of cancer, or suffer from an immune system disorder (e.g. Crohn's disease, myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematous, HIV/AIDS, etc.) or you are taking medications to suppress the immune system (immunosuppressive medications) If you are taking prescription medications, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or if have a known allergy/hypersensitivity to cow's milk. May cause a flushing, tingling and/or prickling sensation of the skin, in which case, reduce the dose.
